The herb garden was built in 2016 by the botany club on a series of Saturday workdays using funds from a grant from the Union Schools Education Foundation. It consists of two 4' x 16' raised beds, two 4' x 7' raised beds, and one 4' x 4' raised bed.  All garden beds are irrigated with student installed irrigation, which is on an automated timer, so it is not necessary for students to visit on a daily basis.
