The Union school garden is located at the Global Gardens - Asbury site.  Among many other programs Global Gardens pushes out to the community, they offer raised beds that members of the community can use each season.  For those in apartments or other living situations where gardening is not an option, Global Gardens offers raised beds.  Union botany students rebuilt the eleven raised beds in the fall of 2020, including installing an automated irrigation system and a Hugelkultur approach to soil health.  The project was funded by the Union Schools Education Foundation.
